About the Event

Restorative Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

A Monthly Evening of Deep Rest, Gentle Stretch & Sound Healing

With Yin Yoga Teacher Sarah Cyre & Sound Practitioner Amanda Drago

Step away from the pace of everyday life and give yourself permission to slow down.

This monthly restorative evening combines the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the deeply relaxing vibrations of a live Crystal & Himalayan Bowl Sound Bath. Together, these practices create space to release physical tension, calm the nervous system and leave feeling grounded, rested and restored.

Yin Yoga Session

Sarah's Yin Yoga workshop offers an opportunity to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.

The evening begins with a short introduction exploring the origins of Yin Yoga, its benefits and what you can expect from the practice. Sarah will then guide you through a welcoming 60-minute Yin Yoga class, using supportive props and carefully selected postures to ensure the practice is accessible and comfortable for everybody.

Holding poses for longer allows the body to gently release through the deeper connective tissues, while mindful breathing helps quiet the mind and encourage a sense of calm. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, this class offers a nurturing space to rest, breathe and simply be.

Sound Bath

Following the yoga practice, Amanda Drago will guide you into a deeply restorative 30-minute Crystal & Himalayan Bowl Sound Bath.

As you rest comfortably, you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes and other therapeutic instruments. The gentle vibrations can help settle the nervous system, ease physical tension and create a profound sense of relaxation. There is nothing you need to do—simply lie back, listen and allow yourself to receive.

Meet Your Teachers

Sarah Cyre – Yin Yoga Teacher

Sarah discovered Yin Yoga seven years ago whilst living in Canada, at a time when she was looking for a safe space to support her mental health and manage anxiety. Within just a month of practising, she noticed both her mind and body becoming calmer, helping her navigate everyday life with greater ease.

After experiencing the transformative effects of Yin Yoga over the years, Sarah chose to train as a Yin Yoga teacher so she could share this gentle practice with others seeking calm, balance and restoration.

Amanda Drago – Sound Practitioner

Amanda Drago is an accredited Crystal & Himalayan Bowl Sound Practitioner, yoga teacher and creative producer. With a background in movement, wellbeing and the arts, she creates carefully held sound experiences that invite deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. Using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, Amanda's sound baths offer a peaceful space to rest, reset and reconnect, leaving participants feeling grounded, calm and deeply restored.

What to Bring

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement. We can provide yoga mats, bolsters and blocks for the Yin Yoga practice, although you're very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
