What will we be doing?
Led by Amanda Drago from Green Croft Arts and Em Switzer from Hope in Nature, our Activity Club offers a welcoming, supportive environment where children can explore, get creative, make friends and have fun.
Activities will include:
Willow lantern making – make your own star lantern and help create a giant centrepiece for the Gilsland Lantern Parade on Friday 27 November.
Nature-inspired arts and crafts – explore natural materials and get creative.
Yoga, dance and movement games – have fun, build confidence and work together.
Outdoor adventures and free play – explore nature, take safe risks and follow your imagination.
Campfire cooking – help prepare delicious, healthy lunches using our campfire or pizza oven, including homemade pizzas, flatbreads, soups and roasted vegetables.
Relaxation and quiet time – time to rest and recharge after a busy day.
Activities will be adapted to suit different ages and abilities, with a quiet, calm space available throughout the day.

We provide healthy snacks and a freshly prepared lunch each day, with children encouraged to get involved in preparing their own food. Dietary requirements can be accommodated.
